Hormone Testing and Consultation

Due to popular request, Dr. Randolph is now making available the opportunity for you to take the initial steps in your voyage to go from Hormone Hell to Hormone Well by way of Saliva Testing and a One-On-One Individualized Phone Consultation with Dr. Randolph's highly trained Nurse Practitioner.

The process is simple.

1. Request a test and consultation online.

2. We will mail you a Saliva Testing Kit to be done at home.

3. You return your Saliva Test to ZRT labs for analyzing.

4. Your results are sent to Dr. Randolph’s office, and a one-on-one 20 minute phone consultation is then scheduled to evaluate your testing results with Dr. Randolph’s Nurse Practitioner who will then make recommendations for hormonal balance. Please note only over-the-counter (OTC) recommendations for bio-identical hormone replacement and supplements can be made over the phone. In treating tens of thousands of men and women, Dr. Randolph has found that, in most cases, a combination of OTC formulations can sufficiently address the underlying condition of hormone imbalance.

Please note:  Phone consults are done after patients in the office have been seen.  This means that, occasionally, Dr. Randolph or the nurse practitioners conducting your tele-consultation may be running a few minutes behind schedule.  Please allow up to 30 minutes flexibility from the time your call is scheduled to occur.  If this is too great an inconvenience, we apologize.  If you have special scheduling needs, please indicate and discuss when you initially schedule your appointment.

Cost: $100 for a Saliva Testing Kit and Consultation.

Does not include lab processing/testing fees.
Dr. Randolph utilizes ZRT Laboratories for testing and processing of all Saliva Test Kits.

ZRT Laboratories Testing/Processing Fees
The fee for testing/processing a Saliva Test Kit is $150 for a complete hormone panel. You may elect to test a specific hormone(s) - a partial hormone panel - for a reduced fee.
You are responsible for payment to ZRT Laboratories.
