Mission Statement

The Natural Hormone Institute of America was founded in 2003 with two goals in mind. The first goal is to provide a framework that educates both the medical community and the healthcare consumer about bio-identical hormone therapies. Secondly, The Natural Hormone Institute of America was incepted for the purpose of creating a non-profit business structure that promotes more widespread use of bio-identical hormone products and prescriptions, while fostering ongoing research in the burgeoning field of hormone replacement.

Since the Institute's founding, there has been overwhelming positive response from many of Dr. Randolph's physician peers and multitudes of interested and educated healthcare consumers. The Natural Hormone Institute's intent is to meet a real need during this crucial time in women's healthcare. Immediate plans include a focus on medical research. In addition, both Dr. Randolph and Genie James, Executive Director of the Natural Hormone Institute of America, seek to provide education via published works and public speaking forums.
